If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason within 90 days of the original purchase date, simply contact us and we will issue a full refund of the purchase price.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Your refund request must be submitted within 90 days of the original purchase date
  • The request must come from the original purchaser
  • You must provide your order number or the email address used for purchase
  • The item does not need to be returned to receive a refund — we offer hassle-free refunds

Refunds are limited to one per customer per product. We reserve the right to decline refund requests that appear to be fraudulent or abusive.

4. Refund Processing Timeline

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Approval confirmation: Within 1–2 business days of your request
  • Refund processing: 3–5 business days from approval
  • Credit card refunds: May take an additional 3–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer
  • PayPal refunds: Typically appear within 1–3 business days

You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed. If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us and we will investigate promptly.

5. What Gets Refunded

We refund the full purchase price of your product, including any taxes paid. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error with your order.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase. We are unable to issue refunds to a different payment method or as store credit unless specifically requested and approved.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your HerRelief belt arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will:

  • Ship you a free replacement at no additional cost, or
  • Issue a full refund including original shipping charges

Please include a photo of the damaged or defective item in your email to help us process your claim quickly and improve our quality control.

7. Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and building management. If the package cannot be located, contact us at support@herrelief.com within 14 days of the delivery date shown in tracking. We will work with the carrier to investigate and, if the package is confirmed lost, will ship a replacement or issue a full refund at our discretion.

8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product or a replacement unit, please request a refund under our 90-day guarantee and place a new order.
